Role and Responsibilities:

As a Salesperson at Heartland Builders, you will play a crucial role in personifying our core values and driving our sales process. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Develop extensive knowledge of our sales and contract process, home features, and our Design Studio process.
  • Respond to leads promptly via various channels and schedule in-person appointments.
  • Qualify leads based on needs, preferences, and budgetary considerations.
  • Present floor plans and pricing to prospective clients.
  • Maintain consistent follow-up with prospects and provide information and marketing materials.
  • Cultivate a dynamic database of leads through online platforms.
  • Utilize lead-management software and track lead activity and sales conversion ratios.
  • Monitor our website and social media presence, as well as keep an eye on our competition.
  • Participate in ongoing e-mail campaigns and contribute to the accuracy and usability of our website.
  • Meet with prospects and lead them through the sales process, managing client expectations.
  • Engage with realtors, participating in community events, and supporting industry initiatives.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate for this role should possess the following qualifications:

  • Proven experience in construction sales or related industry (+5 years).
  • Strong understanding of the sales process and customer relationship management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Proficiency in utilizing lead-management software and digital marketing tools
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to various sales strategies and industry best practices
